Research shows that 95% of all spreadsheets contain Errors. Yet, surprisingly, an equally astonishing 95% of Excel users believe their spreadsheets are error-free. To address this issue, we have partnered with Spreadsheetsoftware, to create a powerful tool within Excel known as ExcelAnalyzer. The application comes with various installation techniques (like normal setup.exe, but also MSI), extensive Licensing and support/upgrades. The development is done in VSTO, Visual Studio both in C# as well as VB.NET.
Furthermore, ExcelAnalyzer goes beyond mere formula checking. It delves deep into the spreadsheet’s DNA, examining every facet, such as:
The application’s robust engine, known as the Reader, meticulously analyzes every cell in a workbook, generating a database with all relevant information. This database encompasses data on sheets, cells, and detailed formula analysis. Also Workbook information like names used, external links, VBA code etc. is stored.
To enhance readability, ExcelAnalyzer employs a color-coding system for formulas.
During the analysis process, ExcelAnalyzer highlights unique formulas, making it easy to understand how the worksheet was constructed and identify inconsistencies when formulas differ. The Formula Report lists all unique formulas, aiding in the detection of inconsistent formulas and offering a convenient way to navigate and correct formula issues.
ExcelAnalyzer also provides various reports, the ability to track worksheet progress, and auditing comments, making it a highly professional tool.
Extensive attention has been given to the user interface to ensure ease of use. Helpful pop-up screens and information panes facilitate user interaction.

Welcome to Excel Compare, your go-to solution for effortlessly comparing multiple sheets across two workbooks. Say goodbye to manual sheet-by-sheet comparisons and tedious data audits. With our user-friendly tool, you can quickly generate a comprehensive overview and detailed reports, saving you time and ensuring data accuracy.
The application detects both row and column changes (added/removed) as well as Cell changes based on formulas or, with constant cells, its value.
Our tool presents a side-by-side overview of the compared sheets with special background colors highlighting the differences, be it a change in value or formula. This visual representation simplifies the identification of the differences for the user. The speed of this screen is especially important for user easiness.
